It was a good accelerated effort that we were able to Go Live today!!!
In the first phase it was a great effort by the Eminent team in getting everything together and implementing all modules in SAP in quick time. The backend team did a great job and the frontliners supported us very well.
It was also a very close and fast reaction mode (including working on holidays). Our team worked very quick and closely with Eminent making all the UAT (multiple times) possible in quick time, identifying the gaps and coordinating with Eminent and getting the gaps sorted out.
All in all it was a good work accelerating the running of live transactions in Production system before due date, in order be able to run our business inline to global processes for Upgrade without a problem.
